Grandma Flesher

Just to let everyone know Donna Flesher (Ben's grandma) passed away yesterday. It is a blessing really. She broke her hip in December and they couldn't do surgery. So she was in a lot of pain. She has been ready to go home to heaven since Ralph died in 2001. I know it is still hard when you lose a loved one, but knowing they are where they want to be makes you feel better. The funeral will be at Loose Funeral Home on Friday.

Silly Girl!

Here we have some wild hair pictures. It was sticking straight up after we took off her hood. The funny thing was that it seemed to have more curls. Yes, we know she has a cord in her mouth. It goes to an old computer mouse. Daddy let her have this one to play with. She likes to wear it like a necklace, but this night she stuck the end in her mouth only because Daddy said not to. Little stinker!

My cough is still hanging on. It is better because I can usually sleep through the night without having a coughing fit, but I still get them when I go outside in the cold air.

We are planning on working around the house this weekend. Hoping to get the big desk moved and Hannah's playroom fixed up! I would like to visit the Brand NEW Super Wal-Mart that opened today, but Ben said "NO WAY." He said he doesn't plan on going in until February when the crowds will have slowed down. Sunday we are going to be cheering on the Colts! GO COLTS!!!!

Bathing Beauty!

Hannah loves to play with the bubbles in the bathtub. Here you can see her with a bubble mustache. She like to taste them too! Daddy found Yoda bubble bath. Hannah loves it. She says Yoda. Then tonight when we gave her a bath she was picking up her toys and dropping them in the water and saying "Splash," it was the first time she had said that. She it really good at splashing too, because I was wet by the time we were done.

January Flesher Family Update!

Things have been very busy for us lately. We have been sick (again) on and off. I think Ben started this go around and was kind enough to share with Hannah and I. I have an Upper Respiratory Infection and am on 3 different meds. Luckily Hannah didn't get it too bad. She is just taking regular cough meds.

We have had a sad weekend. Not only is today the 4 year anniversary of my dad's death, but we attended Joey's memorial last night. Joey is Jessica's (Ben's cousin) son. He was just 10 weeks old. You can read more about it in their family blog at http://mtharp.blogspot.com/
It was a beautiful memorial service.

I am going to try to be better about updating the blog on a more regular basis. Hopefully I can do it weekly. That was my goal when I started the blog!

We are currently rearranging half the house. We are moving my scrapbooking desk out into the great room to put the computer on. The yellow room is becoming a playroom for now. It will become Hannah's room after baby #2 shows up. And no I'm not pregnant! I am on an organizing kick right now, so I'm trying to get the house looking nice!

I think that is all for now!

18 Month/Christmas Pictures

We had Hannah's 18 month/Christmas pictures taken. We had a few good ones, but she didn't want to cooperate very well. These are the best ones.

Christmas Family Pictures

We take family pictures every year so you can see how everyone changes from year to year.

More Christmas Afternoon

Mimi and Pa came over in the afternoon with Aunt Miranda and Uncle Chris. They got me some new pj's, some play food, and a cool rocking tricycle. I have lots of fun riding on it!

Christmas Afternoon

Aunt Miranda and Uncle Chris got me a stuffed Pablo from The Backyardigans. He is soft and squishy. I love to hug him!

Opening Presents Christmas Morning!

Great Grandma Felix (Gigi) came to spend the day with us too. I gave her a frame full of my pictures. I got lots of food to go with my kitchen, a baby Cabbage Patch Kid, and a book with my picture in it. I love looking at the baby.

Nana and Papa came to Indiana to spend Christmas with me. I loved having them here. And I miss them when they are gone. I look at their pictures everyday. I got a light spinner in my stocking. Mommy got a picture frame full of pictures from Disney. Daddy got a game and some new clothes.

What did Santa Bring?

Santa brought Hannah a kitchen for Christmas. She loves it. She has spent lots of time playing with it. Here she is coming out to see what Santa got for her.
