Walt Disney World Highlights!

The Headless Horseman started the Halloween Parade. The horse was HUGE!!!!!!!!
Hannah enjoyed meeting Woody. He paid alot of attention to her too.
She also was excited to meet Buzz. She was curious about him.
Everynight when we got back to the room, the Mousekeeping staff had made Hannah's stuffed animals into a scene in the window. Here Minnie is reading to Baby doll, Ariel, and Small baby doll.
Hannah LOVED the Green Army Man. She kept wanting to touch his nose. When he first appeared, he was above the fence, and I didn't realize he was real and then he moved. Scared me to death! He came down to meet his fans! The great thing about going in September was the lines were short. I think we waited the longest for the Dumbo ride and that was about 15-20 minutes.
Hannah knew Pluto was a dog. As soon as he walked up, she started saying "woof, woof."

Amazing camera! This was a great picture of the gorilla!
This was at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Notice how Hannah is trying to get to Eeyore. We did realize it, but Daddy was taping us. We will try to post that at a later time.
Hannah was pointing to a HUGE fish in the tank.
Watch out! Hannah and Daddy are going to get eaten by Bruce the shark! Remember "Fish are friends, not food."
Meeting Goofy-Hannah liked his whiskers.
Walking in front of the castle.
Meeting Dale-Hannah was checking out his fur.
Notice she was starting to kiss Smee. I missed the actual kiss. But everyone waiting in line thought it was so cute. Ahhh!!!!!
Woof! Woof! Mommy it's a woof!

Crystal Palace for dinner

We had dinner at the Crystal Palace. It was a character dinner with Pooh and Friends. I think this was Hannah's favorite part of the trip. She LOVED Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore.
Notice the HUGE smile on her face!
Hi Pooh Bear!
Ahh...giving Eeyore a hug!
Here she gave Pooh a big kiss on the nose. She did this completely on her own. She hardly kisses us, but boy she gave Pooh a big kiss!

Optimist Meeting

Here are a few pictures from our Optimist Meeting Tuesday night. Thanks to Ted for taking them. Hannah is a hit. She loves to show off for her audience.

Flesher Family News

Sorry for the lack of updates. We have been busy and on vacation! I plan to do some updating to the blog tonight. We had a fantastic trip to Walt Disney World. Hannah had a BLAST!!!!!!!! Loved the characters. It may take a while for me to get the Disney pics on here as there are 589 to go through.

I started and finished my physical therapy since I last updated the blog. I have several exercises I must do every night. I will say it does make me feel better. I will however miss Matt's (my physical therapist) back rubs. He had a way of rubbing my back and took the pain away for a few hours after every appointment.

We also joined the YMCA. Ben and I are working on losing some weight and making ourselves healthier. Hannah enjoys going to the playroom. She is making some new friends and loves the different toys. Last night when Ben went to pick her up Hannah took him around and showed him what she had been playing with.

Hannah has learned several new words and has said her first sentence. She know can say: fish, juice, drink, no, bye bye, ball, hi, and more. While we were on our trip, Ben had walked out of the room to get ice and when he walked back in Hannah said, "Hi Dada!" Ben was so excited!

Ben also turned 30 on our trip! Hannah and I got him the Star Wars DVD's that came out for his birthday.

Health news!

I found out the cause of my recent back pain. Of course the scoliosis is a problem, but I also have significant arthritis in my back. I had a doctor's appointment last week and they took a series of x-rays. They called today with the news. I also start physical therapy on Sept. 14. Hopefully this will help!

Ben had blood taken a few weeks ago and found out that his "bad" cholesterol is ok, but his "good" cholesterol is too low!

Luckily, Hannah is doing fine and seems perfectly healthy!

On my way to Sesame Street!

Hannah enjoyed the Sesame Street exhibit. She like seeing the pictures and the puppets. She loved climbing on the famous Sesame Street stairs. She also liked the green chair because it was just her size!

HUGE water table!

Hannah LOVED the huge water table. She played for a long time and she cried when we had to leave it!

"Woofs"

Hannah loves dogs! She kept pointing and saying "woof, woof."

Glass Garden

Here are pictures of the Glass Garden. The same guy who made the Fireworks of Glass tower made the Glass Garden. It was neat to see!
